Job Description

As the Manager of Homelessness you will ensure the effective and efficient use of human, financial and physical resources of the program to provide effective service delivery of programs and services which facilitate the development of homeless Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) people at risk or in need of Case Management support.

Who we are looking for:

- Lead and oversea the delivery of homelessness services, ensuring practice is client- centred, trauma - informed and culturally responsive.

- Monitor service quality, client outcomes and program performance to ensure contractual and organisational requirements are met.

- Lead, supervise and develop staff through regular supervision, coaching, performance management and professional development.

- Oversea workforce planning, recruitment, rostering and leave management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

- Build and maintain productive relationships with government agencies, community organisations and key stakeholders.

- Respect the organisations and key stakeholders.

What you need (Compliance Requirements)

  • A current South Australian Working with Children Check
  • A current National Police Check
  • A Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes) Certificate
  • A current Australian Driver's License
